ACTIVITIES.

The target audience for this event were college students from the age 18-22.

- Seed bombing: this activity was brought to us by SAP. This would provide someone with a soil ball that had seeds in the middle, when you throw it or place it on the ground it will sprout whatever seeds you had put in the seed bomb.

- Cookie decorating: there were examples placed on this table that showed that as a group we wanted you to decorate your cookie like a vegetable or a fruit. There were different frosting bags to use as piping and plain cookies.

- Hand painting: In this activity there was a 3 yd long piece of fabric that had a tree drawn on it and you would paint your hand to place as a "leaf" on the branch to encompass the thought that all of us must work together to grow together and make a sustainable community.

- Recipe books: The students in the HTM 240 class had each submitted recipes that were healthy and easy, we then put them into binders with many coppies to go behind them. This was to allow students to take any recipes that they wished to.

- Live music: There were 4 bands at the event that played for 30 minutes each: Free Food, Jazz Fusion, Lake Effect & My Fathers Yeti.

- Information about SAP, Farm club & Bee keeping club: There were 3 tables set up around the room that had a person from each club sitting at it as well as props and information boards so that you could learn more about what you can do and what is already being done to become sustainable.
