
SMART GOALS
​
1.) April 1st 2017 we will not exceed the budget of $400.00, we will not exceed it by researching
to find products that suit the budget & by finding donations if needed.
​
2.) April 1st 2017 we will not go over a time limit of 3 hours for the event by sticking to a strict
schedule of activities that will be monitored to keep the event on a specific pace.
​
3.) On April 1st 2017 we will have 51-150 people at the event by inviting classes that participate
with SAP & by marketing the event with posters as well as social media postings.
​
4.) On April 1st 2017 we will bring awareness to SAP by showcasing previous projects done and
develop a sign-up sheet for interested guests.
​
5.) On April 1st 2017 we will ensure that guests understand SAP is meant for anyone on campus
and not just agriculture majors or farm club members. We will ensure this by providing
information at the event in the form of pamphlets, handouts or a slideshow that provides
guests with this information.
