AGENDA.

All tables or “areas” will be set up throughout the whole event so that each guest gets the same experience. These times are just to show that each table most people will hangout for about 15 mins, many people will also want to just hang out at the event also, so the time they do not spend at the table allows for extra downtime for the guests.

Beginning

  • Walk into the door at 12 pm and the marketing department of HTM 240 will provide registration at the door which will also be a station to sign up for SAP tours. 12-12:15

Middle

  • Continue on to the tables. Each table will offer something different.

  • Table 1: Recipes in a book that offer you a chance to take them as well.

  • Table 2: Seed bombing which is provided by the SAP, as well as a calendar of when to plant your seeds provided by activities.

  • Table 3: Decorate your own cookies like a plant or vegetable, provided by activities.

  • Area 4: Bands that will consistently play throughout the whole entire event. 12-3

  • Area 5: An area where you will have your hand painted and then placed on the limbs of a tree that is painted on a 3yd long piece of fabric that has a title of Sustainable Agriculture Project Open House 2017

  • Table 6: Create your own "dirt cup" that has ice cream and toppings as well as lemonade and water.

  • Area 7: 3 club tables will be located on the side: SAP, Bee keeping club & farm club.

Ending

  • You will take a tour of the SAP farm site if you sign up.
